We're seeking a talented Content Specialist - English Language Arts to join our remote team! As a key member of our Content Development team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality assessments for K-12 students across the United States. Responsibilities


Develop and review ELA test items, passages, and assessments for large-scale K-12 evaluations
Collaborate with education departments, committees of educators, and business partners to create standards-based assessments
Help select, assign, manage, and train item/passage writers and educators to develop high-quality content
Facilitate customer meetings, provide content assessment expertise, and support test construction activities
Work closely with test development managers, content developers, psychometricians, and other stakeholders


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as an elementary or secondary teacher in ELA (preferred)
Professional knowledge of ELA and educational trends
Experience in large-scale educational measurement (preferred)
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
