POSITION: Charter Sales ExecutiveSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pmLOCATION: RemoteDESCRIPTION: We are seeking a results-driven Charter Sales Executive responsible for leading client development efforts in the private charter aviation market. The position is remote and offers flexibility in schedule and approach. You will focus on identifying new clients, building relationships, and guiding deals from introduction to close. Our internal operations team will handle all logistics, quoting, and fulfillment-your role is focused on business generation and client engagement.RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties shall include but are not limited to the following: Prospect daily to potential charter clients Build relations with clients on a regular basis Maintain CRM database with sales and clients Prospect at marketing and promotional events Develop an expert understanding of our aircraft (capacity, range, amenities, crew, etc.) Work with charter sales and scheduling team to ensure seamless customer experience Manage charter bookings from the initial inquiry to completion of the trip Other duties as assigned by the CEOQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience Private aviation experience and/or outside sales experience is a must Logistics or dispatch experience in a comparable industry preferred Must be outgoing, ambitious, driven and willing to contact prospective customers by telephone and email Exceptional communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential Desire for continuous improvement and willingness to embrace role variations that come with company growth Must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation Stand: 5% Walk: 5% Sit: 90% Lift: up to 15lbsREQUIREMENTS: Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team.
