What you'll do:
- Support the end-to-end workflow for editorial sponsorships, including tracking deliverables, QAing campaigns, and sharing post-wrap reports with the Sales team
- Create and maintain decks showcasing past sponsorship campaigns as they go live
- Support content programming and scheduling on high-impact Search Landing Page
- Assist with data inputs and organization
- Support with miscellaneous creative and administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for:
- 3 years of relevant work experience with platform, brand or content background
- Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale programs and campaigns
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills
- Creative background and design skills (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
