Company Description Jonathan Ki is an organic growth operator who specializes in building and scaling UGC-driven marketing systems for consumer apps and brands. He oversees end-to-end operations across strategy, creator management, and content performance helping companies turn short-form content on TikTok and Instagram into predictable growth engines. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff (Execution Focus). You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, ensuring all team members hit their KPIs daily and holding them accountable for measurable output. Your job is to maintain operational discipline across multiple teams, document performance, and escalate any issues directly to the founder for nightly review. Our team works 7 days a week and as so, you're expected to ensure your assigned employees hit their KPIs on weekends too. Qualifications • Proven experience managing remote teams or cross-functional creative ops (agency/startup preferred) • Strong operational mindset thriving on structure, accountability, and measurable results • Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle daily escalation reporting • Comfort working directly with a founder and owning accountability systems • Prior experience with content/UGC programs or marketing ops is highly preferred • Analytical thinker with obsessive attention to detail and process optimization Apply tot his job
