About the Role

We're looking for a Content Marketing Technologist to build and operate the systems that power our B2B content engine β€” both human and AI-based. You'll design AI pipelines, automate workflows, coordinate with partners, and ship multi-format content at a pace that conventional processes can't match.
Goal

Accelerate content-driven pipeline by building and operating systems that produce high-volume, high-relevance content. Own the full stack β€” from ideation infrastructure to production automation to performance feedback loops.
What Success Looks Like
β€’ Pipeline Contribution β€” Understands how content fits into the broader pipeline target. Can articulate which content types, topics, and distribution channels influence pipeline, and prioritizes work accordingly.
β€’ Experimentation & Learning β€” Demonstrates ability to hypothesize, test, and learn consistently. Can fully own a number of isolated experiments each month.
β€’ Editorial Quality β€” Maintains a quality bar where published content complies with internal styleguide and requires minimal revision from editorial leadership.
β€’ Content System Maturity β€” Progressively automates content production until to minimize human intervention and reduce the volume of repeatable work.
β€’ Content Systems Maintenance β€” Keeps content workflows documented, operational, and current. Proactively updates systems when new technology emerges.
Key Responsibilities
β€’ Content Systems (Tech) β€” Build and maintain multi-modal AI content pipelines (based on product by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and more).
β€’ Content Systems (Human) β€” Optimize and maintain human processes: interview frameworks, editorial handoffs, SME extraction methods, feedback loops.
β€’ Content Production β€” Create, edit, and ship content across formats, working with AI drafts, human editing passes, and structured review cycles.
β€’ Source Development β€” Conduct customer interviews for case studies, coordinate with partners on co-branded content and webinars, extract insights from internal SMEs.
β€’ Analytics & Attribution β€” Work in GA4, GSC, and internal MTA attribution dashboards to measure content performance. Trace content touchpoints to pipeline and revenue.
β€’ Sales Enablement β€” Produce, maintain, and update demand generation and sales assets. Battlecards, one-pagers, objection handlers. Velocity over polish.
Requirements β€” Non-Negotiable
β€’ Exceptional command of English (native or C1/C2 proficiency)
β€’ Has produced clean B2B prose with measurable pipeline impact
β€’ Has built automations with agentic tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Opal, etc.)
β€’ Can read and lightly edit HTML, CSS, and navigate Webflow CMS
β€’ Demonstrates learning velocity over credential depth
β€’ Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and content analytics tooling
β€’ Can design and run content experiments, then articulate results in business terms (pipeline influenced, conversion lift, SQL contribution)
β€’ Strong interviewer β€” can lead a customer call, extract the story, and turn it into usable content
β€’ Working experience with multi-modal AI: text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-speech generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling, Flux)
Requirements β€” Preferred
β€’ Background in technical product roles or engineering
β€’ Experience with single and multi-touch attribution models
β€’ Familiarity with semantic search, embeddings, or content graph concepts
β€’ Has written technical documentation or developer-facing content
β€’ Experience coordinating webinars or co-marketing initiatives with partners
β€’ Can produce end-to-end multi-format content (video snippets, audiograms, visual assets) without external dependencies
