Content Creator / In-House Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Office)

Job Type: Part-time Location: In-office (Local applicants only) 4401 S. Flamingo Rd, Davie, FL 33330 We are a fast-paced, established real estate office seeking a highly creative, experienced Content Creator to work in-house (in office, no remote) and support our marketing and branding efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is both visually creative and strategically minded, with hands-on experience in digital and print marketing. Real Estate experience a must. Responsibilities • Create and edit high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) • Design marketing materials including: • Brochures • Mailers/mail-outs • Magazine and print advertisements • Photo editing and retouching using editing software • Video editing for social media and marketing campaigns • Assist with branding and visual consistency across all materials • Collaborate closely with agents and leadership on marketing concepts and campaigns • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-moving office environment Qualifications • Proven experience as a content creator, graphic designer, or marketing specialist • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator/InDesign a plus) • Experience creating print materials (brochures, ads, mailers) • Video editing experience (Reels, short-form video, promotional clips) • Strong understanding of social media content creation and trends • Highly creative with strong attention to detail • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently • Must be available to work in person, in office (Mondays and Fridays mandatory) (Tuesdays through Thursdays flexible hours) Preferred Experience • Real estate or related industry experience is a plus • Familiarity with branding and marketing campaigns • Photography or videography experience is a bonus • What We Offer • Stable, in-house position (no freelance or remote) • Creative freedom and collaborative environment • Opportunity to shape and elevate our brand presence • Competitive pay based on experience To Apply: Please submit your resume and a portfolio or examples of previous work (social media, print design, video, or campaigns).
