Mutual of Omaha is a company seeking a Content Asset Management Specialist responsible for processing and coordinating the approval of marketing assets. The role involves troubleshooting with Financial Representatives and Advisors to maintain compliance on social media platforms while demonstrating strong communication and project management skills. Responsibilities Ensure the marketing team's campaign materials are accurate. Recommend alternatives and contingency plans for increasing process effectiveness Process and prioritize workflow from content creation through execution to storage and eventual decommission Manage creative assets through a review process to ensure alignment with Mutual of Omaha's brand, legal, and Compliance regulations Work with Financial Representatives and Advisors to troubleshoot and maintain compliant social media status Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and company software (e.g., InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence) proficiently, including the ability to independently operate and train others on the software Skills Ability to self-motivate, work well within a team environment Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines to support project and priority management Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite Ability to use marketing operations, implementation, project and compliance systems You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar background with proven expertise in managing digital assets, coordinating content and projects, utilizing marketing and project management software, and upholding brand consistency across channels Skilled in using InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to independently operate and educate others on these systems Benefits 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
