Your responsibilities will include leading a team of talented AI engineers, mentoring junior members, and driving technical excellence across AI projects. You will architect robust and scalable AI solutions, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, and oversee the entire ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, text generation, sentiment analysis, and information extraction is crucial. You will stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI and NLP, identifying opportunities to integrate novel approaches into our product offerings. This role requires strong programming skills (Python preferred), proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). We are looking for a visionary leader with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI, a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a remote setting, and exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your contributions will directly impact the strategic direction of our AI initiatives.

Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing. Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams and projects. Deep understanding of NLP techniques, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers). Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn). Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
