Consulting Associate, Environmental Construction (DDD)

Remote Full-time
About the position

Ready to launch your environmental career in a role where you won’t just observe—you’ll lead, solve problems, and make a measurable difference? At ERM, you’ll be part of hands-on project teams tackling complex environmental and construction challenges across North America. If you’re looking for a role that accelerates your skills, expands your field experience, and sets you up for long-term growth, this is your opportunity. As a Consulting Associate, Environmental Construction (DDD), you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact remediation, demolition, decommissioning, and construction management projects for clients in the oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, and power sectors. • Serve as Field Safety Officer for investigation, remediation, and DDD projects: develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety Plans, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain all safety records.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during inspections or contract administration.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance; negotiate and resolve change orders as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and the in-house Project Manager to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and client expectations.
• Support business development by identifying upcoming opportunities, meeting with clients, and contributing to proposals, interviews, and project contracting.
