Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan QA Specialist to define, implement, and manage the QA strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and its integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in WMS testing, strong leadership skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Define and implement overall QA strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces.
• Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs for testing activities.
• Lead execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, etc.).
• Oversee testing of interfaces including CMS Worldlink, Autostore, PackSize, SLAM, and Numina.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts; assign tasks, review work, and provide feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing within the QA team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure requirements are fully tested.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Generate QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Define test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements based on specifications.
• Validate data flows across systems including APIs and message queues.
• Validate WMS configurations, RF device workflows, and label printing logic.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and vendors to resolve defects.
• Utilize test automation tools where applicable (e.g., Katalon, Postman).
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training or documentation as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Hands-on knowledge of WMS modules: receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, etc.
• Experience testing system integrations with CMS Worldlink, Autostore, PackSize, SLAM, Numina, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in QA tools: JIRA, Postman, Katalon, or similar.
