Position Overview "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant•Quality Assurance to support enterprise-level healthcare initiatives. This role involves advanced testing of small to large-scale technical projects within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, regression, usability, and negative testing on technical solutions. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes. Analyze test results, isolate defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Design and support user interface testing and regression testing efforts. Lead quality assessments to identify security vulnerabilities, defects, and optimization opportunities. Create and maintain QA documentation, reports, and testing artifacts. Communicate testing status, open issues, and risk areas to stakeholders and development teams. Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections in alignment with established governance standards. Follow and recommend improvements to software testing policies, best practices, and guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute). Minimum 3 years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios. Minimum 3 years of experience building and executing test cases in test systems. Experience documenting and supporting the execution of testing activities. Strong communication skills with the ability to publish and present testing status reports and findings. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise or e-business systems. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid business processes. Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence). Experience working in both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile environments. Relevant technical and/or project management certifications are a plus.
