[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

The role involves recruiting highly qualified candidates, mentoring team members, and managing the full candidate lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting teamAssist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requestedRecruit Consultant and Direct Hire CandidatesSource active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertisingDevelop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positionsInterview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviewsMaintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Upload applicant resumes via online databasesRequirement FulfillmentNegotiate pay and benefits with candidatesPost job ads on job boards and social media sitesFormat resumes and job descriptionsCraft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirementsAssignment ManagementOversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exitsFoster relationships with current consultants to retain top talentPromote circumstances that maximize retention of TeamSoft consultants, including consultant careOther ResponsibilitiesRepresent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairsStay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practicesAll other duties as assignedSkillsPrevious recruiting experience (ideally technical recruiting) preferredAbility to communicate effectivelyExcellent work ethicAbility to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environmentGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to build relationships with candidatesStrong ability to multi-taskExperience with MS Office suite of applicationsExperience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)Ability to work under stressful conditionsTime management skillsA competitive mind-set that is backed up by actionsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskA drive to succeed and be the bestAbility to establish genuine trust and rapportAbility to comprehend complex job descriptionsProblem-solving mindset that cultivates interest in daily process and business improvementExcellent customer service skillsWriting, editing, and formattingGoal settingResearchAdaptabilitySelf-motivated, patient, and self-aware; ability to play the 'long game' toward successTeam player who can both succeed independently and bolster team mentality of successUnderstanding of different communication stylesUnderstanding of motivational psychologyBachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experienceExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferredCompany OverviewPeoplelink Group is a staffing company that offers payrolling, outsourcing, temp-to-direct, contract, and consulting services.
