Consultant - Population Health & Well-Being

Brown & Brown is seeking a Consultant – Population Health & Well-Being to join our growing team! The Consultant – Population Health & Well-Being focuses on delivering strategic population health consulting to mid-market employers (200–1,000 employees) while supporting regional business development, cross-office collaboration, content creation, vendor evaluation, and the development of tools, training materials, and intellectual capital. How You Will Contribute: • Develop collaborative working relationships with offices across their region • Support business development and attend finalist presentations for their region • Provide strategic population health consulting primarily to mid-market employers with 200 to 1000 employees • Develop consulting content for customers (e.g., arenaflex & clinical analyses, strategy roadmaps, vendor/program evaluations, communications planning, incentive design, program measurement) • Participate in resource workgroups developing intellectual capital • Support development of consulting tools & training materials • Support vendor intelligence gathering (RFIs) and evaluations • Support the development of consulting tools, processes and methods • Other duties may be assigned Skills & Experience to Be Successful: • 4+ years’ experience with population health consulting and/or working in the employee benefits or health & well-being industry for a carrier or vendor • Bachelor’s degree in related subject; Master's degree (preferred) • Willingness to work remotely and travel within the region up to 40% • Proficiency in arenaflex 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Pay Range $95k - $115k Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
