What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver workshops and presentations to groups of various sizes
- Conduct one-on-one or small group field coaching with clients
- Perform client-related project management as a Project Lead Consultant
- Understand client objectives and adapt solutions for client engagement
- Establish effective safety governance aligned with client structure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
- CSP or equivalent certification, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
- Ability to develop deep knowledge of DEKRA solutions
- Fluency in various Governance structures and leading and lagging metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated cognitive flexibility
- Ability to lead a matrixed team
- 0-2 years of experience as a Consultant in a related field
