Construction Software Consultant – Vista
Job Description: • Guide customers through software implementation • Act as a liaison between Trimble and the customer • Promote customer success with Trimble ConstructionOne product suite • Analyze customer business goals and develop software designs • Provide consulting services including business process review and setup • Deliver software application training services Requirements: • Hands on experience with Trimble's Vista ERP construction software • Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology • 2+ years of software consulting experience • Industry knowledge of software consulting, construction project management, and/or accounting software • High level of customer support experience • Excellent project management, active listening skills, technological implementation skills, and change management experience • Accomplished client-management, relationship-building, requirements gathering, and negotiating skills • Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands • Strong initiative and customer-service orientation • Ability to travel to North American customer locations for 3-5 day durations Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life • Disability • Time off plans • Retirement plans • Tax savings plans for health, dependent care and commuter expenses • Paid Parental Leave • Employee Stock Purchase Plan Apply tot his job
