We’re looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager II (Electrical) to help us bring our mission of sustainability, innovation, and collaboration to this exciting new region. As a Construction Project Manager II, you’ll take ownership of the full project life cycle — from bid preperation and initiation through execution, control, and closeout — for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure construction projects, with a strong focus on the electrical scope. Your leadership will directly shape the success of each project, ensuring a Superior Client Experience, high levels of Colleague Engagement and Collaboration, and achievement of Financial Sustainability goals. In this role, you’ll: • Lead client-focused communication and outreach, serving as the primary point of contact. • Clearly define and communicate the project scope, ensuring alignment with both the Client and internal teams. • Establish the Client’s Guiding Principles, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality standards, and resource plans to deliver top-quality results. • Manage medium to large-sized projects (construction costs up to $5 million). • Strengthen client relationships through successful project delivery, creating opportunities for continued collaboration and repeat business.
