We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our team as Full-Time Construction Job Site Administrators. This role supports daily construction site operations by coordinating documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while working closely with field teams and management.
Training & Certification
β’ Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
β’ Paid, structured training provided
β’ Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
β’ Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
β’ Training begins at the end of April 2026
β’ Interviews will be conducted remotely
Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide administrative support for active construction job sites
β’ Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation management
β’ Coordinate communication between field crews, supervisors, and office staff
β’ Maintain job site records, compliance documents, and daily logs
β’ Support safety documentation and procedural compliance
β’ Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and general site organization
Requirements
β’ Must be at least 18 years old
β’ Minimum of one (1) year of construction job sit experience
β’ Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
β’ Valid U.S. driverβs license
β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States
β’ Willingness to submit to a background check
β’ Willingness to submit to a drug test
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
