Remote Case Manager
Description Location: Remote – Work from Home Starting Pay: $18.03 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law only hires in the following states: GA, KY, NC, OH, TN, TX, & WV. We’re dedicated to continuous growth to improve our client service. Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Case Management team. A remote Case Manager is responsible for assisting new and existing Social Security or Veteran clients with their legal disability claim over the telephone. The position requires a compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case. A Case Manager must be able to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment. This client-centered position requires effective communication skills and a high level of accountability. The Remote Case Manager Responsibilities Include: • Be dedicated to clients by returning all emails and voicemails within 24 hours • Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily • Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim • Become an investigator by obtaining medical evidence to support claims • Be excellent with time management by maintain task list goals • Develop case strategies to determine the paths of case success and educate the client on what is needed for case success • Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim • Guide our clients as they navigate the complexity of the Social Security or Veterans Disability process • Quality is extremely important to our firm. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 49 to 87 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
