Job description: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Selectek is looking for a Construction/War Room Coordinator to support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications and scheduling to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.Required:
2+ years of project admin/construction coordinator experience required
HS graduate or equivalent required (specialized training or education may be substituted for part of the experience)
Strong background in data analytics and data entry
Technical/mechanical troubleshooting is a strong plus
AT&T experience a big plus
Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines required
Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Track and manage subcontractor deployments to site to troubleshoot through completion
Manage costs for each visit
Be comfortable directly working with subcontractors on updates and scheduling
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Excel (Strong computer-based background would be advised)
Ability to work early / late hours when necessary for updates from GCs for urgent ATT deployment needs
ΒI would like to add that technical/mechanical troubleshooting is a strong plus here.
Even if itΒs not in Telecom, generally people who have some sort of troubleshooting background will do well in this position.ΒJob Responsibilities:
Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communications
Manage electronic project files, pull files and upload documents in data bases
Coordinate within ATT systems on addressing quality tickets and managing the workflow through completion
Track and manage subcontractor deployments to site to troubleshoot through completion
Maintain project trackers and client tracking database
Attend weekly / daily deployment meetings
Know project status at all times

Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday; 8AM Β 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6:30a.m.)
WFH: Yes
Remote: Yes Β Eastern (Preferred) or Central Time Zones
Overtime: Not much expected
