Join Our Team as a Dynamic Event Coordinator

Are you passionate about event management and looking for an exciting opportunity in Princeton, NJ? Join Sandoz, a global leader in pioneering access to biosimilar and generic medicines, during a transformative period. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide operational support for Meetings, Congresses, and Events. This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, offering flexible hours and the option to work from home, with one day per week in Princeton.
Responsibilities
• Provide event planning and vendor coordination support.
• Manage association and vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events.
• Handle event registrations, exhibit booth requirements, and attendee accommodations.
• Ensure timely and accurate workflows for attendee, housing, and registration processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA).
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Proficiency in Operations Management.
• Project Management skills.
• Trade show and event management experience.
Preferences
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
