Position Summary: Responsible for serving as primary point of contact between loanDepot Operations and Condo/management companies. Works directly with Condo/management company to obtain all required documentation. Reviews all documentation to ensure project meets all eligibility requirements. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. Responsibilities: Maintains a current knowledge of condo project approval guidelines for conventional full project approvals as defined in the published Specialist/Program Matrix.Responsible for consistently meeting and/or exceeding established SLA’s and department efficiency expectations daily.Gathers all required documentation from internal and external parties.Reviews and evaluates all project eligibility and insurance documentation to ensure it meets agency and investor guidelines.Communicate effectively with internal operations and production partners. Provides a high level of transparency on project approval status.Always maintains a high level of customer service.Performs other duties and projects assigned. Requirements High School Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field.Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $22.12 and $38.94. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
