As a Computer Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our employees. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Ensure compliance with computer security policies and procedures
Requirements:
1 year or more of IT experience (recent college graduates will be considered)
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
Experience with IT support in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to work on a 3rd shift (onsite position)
