What you'll be doing
ā¢ Leading and developing high-performing teams focused on AML investigations and SAR reporting, with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
ā¢ Setting clear operational goals, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with US regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Acting as the key bridge between operational teams, senior leadership, and regulatory stakeholders.
What we're looking for
ā¢ 5+ years in AML or financial crime compliance, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of US AML regulations (BSA, USA Patriot Act) and investigative best practices.
ā¢ Proven track record building and scaling operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
