They are seeking a Head of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead the evolution of their financial reporting function, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations while addressing complex accounting issues related to digital asset products.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Normalization: Direct the forensic review and reconciliation of complex historical data to ensure a robust, "audit-ready" foundationOn-Chain Intelligence: Bridge the gap between raw custodial data and GAAP reporting, ensuring every transaction is traceable to its original sourceAdvanced Technical Research: Act as the internal authority on ASC 606 and 805, specifically regarding principal vs. agent nuances, M&A integrations, and DeFi yield protocolsCapital Markets Readiness: Lead the drafting of sophisticated financial disclosures and MD&A for potential registration statements and SEC engagement.
