Compensation Associate – Rewards Data Intelligence

As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to consulting engagements within the Global Financial Services Industry group, influencing compensation strategies across leading financial institutions. Responsibilities Manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results Act as the primary client contact, lead job matching sessions, resolve data issues, and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation Analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations Support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates, while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development Skills 1–3 years of compensation survey experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings Strong analytical and project management abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Results-driven mindset focused on business success Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, formulas) Experience working with global financial services clients Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting Benefits Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical (including prescription coverage), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Commuter Account, Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Group Accident, Group Critical Illness, Life Insurance, AD&D, Group Legal, Identify Theft Protection, Wellbeing Program and Work/Life Resources (including Employee Assistance Program) Leave Benefits: Paid Holidays, Annual Paid Time Off (includes state/local paid leave where required), Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Other Leaves (e.g., Bereavement, FMLA, ADA, Jury Duty, Military Leave, and Parental and Adoption Leave) Retirement Benefits: Qualified contributory pension plan (if eligible) and 401(k) plan with annual nonelective company contribution.
