Community Liaison /Marketing - Hospice
Arcy Hospice is a Locally owned hospice agency based in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional to contribute to our growth in Collin County area.
Responsibilities include:
Ā Sell hospice services in assigned territory
Ā Meet or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis
Ā Effectively and persuasively present the Agency's services and capabilities to potential referral partners and patients/families by calling on Hospitals, Physicians, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other relevant health care providers
Ā Represent the Agency in the local community
Ā Maintain an electronic file of prospects and demographic information and activity
Ā Track and report on status of referrals/leads/contacts on a regular basis
Ā Other office/administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Ā 2+ years experience in sales, with healthcare experience preferred
Ā Experienced in new business development and relationship-based sales
Ā Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
Ā Friendly, professional presence
Ā Strong communication and presentation skills
Ā Strong attention to detail
Ā Must be able to function with minimum supervision
Ā Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Must successfully pass background and reference checks
Ā Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Preference will be given to those individuals who are well networked in the hospice and/or senior care community in Dallas/Fort Worth. Also, those who have existing relationships with referral sources can be leveraged in this position.
