Duties
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and board meetings
Attend limited marketing events to promote firm services
Provide expert legal counsel in community association law and insurance recovery
Manage complex cases, providing strategic legal advice to clients
Work closely with firm leadership and other attorneys to drive case outcomes and firm success
Requirements
Active Bar license in California (Required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in community association law, or insurance recovery is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High attention to detail and effective case management
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the State of California (Required)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision
