About Youth Future LA Youth Future LA is a grassroots communications and fundraising hub supporting Arthur Dixon for Congress (CA-34). We train young organizers to build authentic digital movements for justice and economic dignity. Position Summary We’re looking for a Communications & Digital Director to craft the voice and visual story of the campaign — press releases, emails, social media, and content strategy. You’ll collaborate directly with Arthur Dixon to develop messages that mobilize supporters and capture the energy of Los Angeles. Responsibilities • Draft press releases and media pitches • Write emails and social posts for fundraising and mobilization • Manage content calendar and graphics/video requests • Coordinate with fundraising and field teams on shared messaging • Track analytics and adjust strategy for reach and engagement Qualifications • Experience in communications, copywriting, or digital campaigns preferred • Excellent writing and editing skills • Familiarity with social media management tools or graphic design apps • Passion for grassroots storytelling and progressive politics Compensation & Schedule • Commission or stipend to start ($2,000–$20,000 / mo depending on funding) • 10–25 hours per week | Remote | Flexible schedule • *Apply Now → ** Apply tot his job
