Looking for an experienced commercial title examiner. Must have at minimum 5 years of commercial examination experience.
Duties
• Conduct comprehensive title searches to verify property ownership and identify any potential issues.
• Review legal documents related to property transactions, including deeds, mortgages, and liens.
Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies in title documents.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, lenders, and legal professionals.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Play close attention to detail
• Quality over quantity is key
