Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
3-5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience required
HVAC Degree/certifications preferred
Diagnostic, Service, Repair, and Maintenance Experience required
Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues preferred
Ability to work independently required
Position Offers:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Install/repair/replace various systems: hydraulic, steam, radiant, and high efficiency heating
Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems
Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
