They work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, through to heads of process improvement and of course automation, to deliver business and individual value at client organizations.What you'll do at UiPathAssess the market potential within an assigned segment/territory and develop sales strategy to maximize UiPath’s revenue potentialAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly scheduleEvangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approachBuild relationships within your current customer base and develop strategies for upsell/cross sell opportunitiesEducate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionallyPartner with the Business Development Team to penetrate new accounts and convert leads to new opportunitiesDevelop trusted relationships with partners to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementationsMonitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needsCollaborate internally with other cross functional groups to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practicesExplore ways of incorporating automation into daily workWhat you'll bring to the team2-5 years solution/value selling experience2+ years experience coordinating cross-functional resourcesAbility to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solutionSuccessful quota attainment YoYProven success selling new business and new logo consistentlyHigh aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externallyAbility to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership including the c-suiteProvides valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operationsResearch and data driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussionsSelf-starter who is invested in the success of the teamBachelor’s Degree is highly preferredAutomation first mindsetMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
