Collection Associate(Contract)

Responsibilities: Contact clients via phone, email, regarding past due accounts Maintain detailed records of all collection activity Follow up on accounts to ensure collection efforts have been satisfactory Educate debtors on their obligations and options Meet or exceed weekly performance targets Handle sensitive consumer information with confidentiality and professionalism Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED (required) Previous experience in collections, customer service, or call center environment (1-2 years preferred) Highly proficient in English Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to actively listen and document client correspondence Basic math and accounting knowledge Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Outlook) Time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism under tense interactions Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work 8am-5pm EST Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred but not required) Benefits at Innovatia Comprehensive Health Insurance policy Employee Wellness Program with focus on mental health Robust reward and recognition programs Company incentive programs offered.
