Overview: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care seeking an Indiana Licensed Practitioner (physician) to establish a Collaborative Practice Agreement in accordance with state requirements. This is a structured, low time commitment, low-burden collaboration designed to fit easily into an existing schedule. It is a written, administrative agreement. Telemedicine/Telehealth-based practice anticipated.
