Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our Account Management team . In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our Account Management team, taking full ownership of complex billing inquiries and data analysis to drive business forward . You will act as a vital support system, directly impacting our ability to serve clients by creating compelling financial summaries and presentations that strengthen our long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do Strategic Support & Presentation: Create solid data presentations and financial breakdowns to be shared directly with customers, ensuring key information is summarized effectively to drive client value. Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the Account Management team through various communication channels to address customer needs, concerns, and strengthen overall client relationships . Issue Ownership: Manage and resolve complex billing-related inquiries and customer issues from start to finish, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and total account accuracy . What You’ll Bring Professional Experience: Proven experience in a role requiring advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision . Communication Excellence: Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple professional channels. Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for data summarization and financial reporting . Analytical Ability: A strong track record of taking ownership of complex tasks and translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
