PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., headquartered in Madison, WI, has an opening available for a Cloud DevOps Administrator. Company headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. Residence and remote work permitted from anywhere in U.S., travel less than 25% to company headquarters office and clients. Duties: The Development Operations (DevOps) Administrator is the primary resource who controls and maintains the DevOps pipeline. This pipeline includes: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, source management, log management, automated testing, and testing among other tools. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Collaborates with the Product Manager and Salesforce team to design, plan, and execute the Salesforce roadmap; Designs and maintains all aspects of the CI/CD pipeline; Performs upgrades on individual DevOps apps and supporting infrastructure; Attains and maintains a strong understanding of Cloud and cloud security, including certificate management; Utilizes development methodologies and DevOps tools; and Effectively works within an interdisciplinary team of developers, architects, testers, users and stake holders. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field of study (foreign equivalent degree accepted). WORK EXPERIENCE 3 years of experience as a Cloud DevOps Administrator or closely related. 3 years of experience in each of the following: Controlling and maintaining a full pipeline of DevOps tools, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and backup/restore; Administrative expertise in Azure Devops, AWS EC2, Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, MuleSoft, Python, SonarQube, Nexus and Linux; Collaborating with the Product Manager and technical team to design, plan, and execute product roadmap; Designing and maintaining all aspects of the CI/CD pipeline; Performing upgrades on individual DevOps apps and supporting infrastructure; Attaining and maintaining ability to perform Cloud and Cloud Security, including Certificate Management; Utilizing development methodologies and DevOps tools; and Working within an interdisciplinary team of Developers, Architects, Testers, Users and Stakeholders.
