Job Title: Cloud Architect, Amazon Connect Remote

Qualifications:
ย Bachelorยs Degree strongly preferred.
ย 15+ years of IT experience.
ย 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer.
ย Must have successfully led and completed large Amazon Connect projects in the past.
ย Strong experience in Cloud Contact Center platform implementation and migration of Amazon Connect required.
ย Knowledge of Contact Center operation required.
ย Knowledge of voice (WebRTC), Call recording and telephony platforms strongly preferred.
ย Experience with automation within Amazon Connect.
ย Able to architect and implement Applications & Networking on AWS public cloud.
ย Ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts and evolve them into large-scale solutions.
ย Advanced knowledge of application and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
ย Experience working within Government projects strongly preferred.
