Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of conducting grant research within Sentara Healthcare.

Ensure studies are conducted in conformance with protocol guidelines, departmental standards, and good clinical practices.

Conduct recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up of eligible subjects according to protocol requirements.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of related regulatory documents.

Act as a liaison between investigators, the institutional review board (IRB), and the sponsor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Clinical Research or Clinical experience required.
,
5 years of clinical research or clinical experience as a certified clinical professional may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
,
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), Certified Professional (ACRP-CP), or Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) required within 3 years of employment.
,
BLS certification required within 90 days.
