Clinical Insights Specialist (Clinician-First)
Remote(Anywhere in India) Timings : US(EST)(Night Shift) Focus: Clinical study design and end-to-end hypothesis generation. The Role A hybrid role for healthcare professionals to lead the creation of Real-World Evidence (RWE). You will design observational studies and define patient journeys to support high-level clinical and commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Study Design: Own end-to-end hypothesis generation (e.g., comparative effectiveness or trial inclusion/exclusion criteria). • Clinical Strategy: Use deep medical knowledge to interpret patient care pathways and treatment outcomes. • Analytics: Execute data queries and interpret results using a mix of proprietary tools and standard packages (SQL/Python/R). • Scientific Writing: Lead the authoring of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations. Minimum Requirements • Clinical: MD, PA, NP, or RN with 3+ years of direct patient care experience. • Evidence: Proven track record of published research or podium presentations. • Data Literacy: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R and medical ontologies. • Consultative: Strong ability to communicate complex clinical logic to non-medical stakeholders. • Logistics: Ability to work US Business Hours (Night shift IST). Clinical Educational Background Is Mandatory MD – Medical Doctor (physician) PA – Physician Assistant (licensed medical professional who works with doctors) NP – Nurse Practitioner (advanced practice registered nurse) Clinical Nurse – Registered nurse working directly with patients • Other Healthcare Professional – Similar medical roles involved in patient care
