What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):– Analyze clinical workflows and identify areas for improvement– Assist in system implementation and integration by collaborating with IT teams– Review and analyze operational reports to ensure accuracy and compliance– Oversight of delegate activities to ensure regulatory compliance– Prepare for internal and external audits to maintain regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications):– Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field with 5 years of experience– Valid Registered Nursing license or equivalent– Strong computer skills and knowledge of healthcare informatics systems– Excellent communication and collaboration skills– Familiarity with State and NCQA regulatory requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):– Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics– Certification in Health Informatics– Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
