Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Portfolia is seeking a Consumer Focused HubSpot Solutions expert to join their team on a contractor basis. The role involves owning the end-to-end rebuild of their existing HubSpot instance, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene, and optimizing workflows for consumer leads. Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for optimization- consumer focused architecture, data models, workflows, automations, etc • Document recommended changes and rebuild plan before execution • Design and implement all elements related to the following: • Clean, scalable HubSpot architecture aligned to consumer-focused business goals • Standard and custom consumer focused objects, associations, and properties • Workflows for consumer-focused lead routing, lifecycle progression, notifications, and task creation • Consumer focused pipelines and deal stages with clear definitions • Clean, seamless integrations that enable accurate data transfer and sync • Dashboards for executives, sales, and marketing • Create clear reference documentation, set up governance rules to maintain future data integrity and establish best practices for future scaling and changes, with an eye to the consumer-based nature of the data Skills • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM configuration, with clear indication of extensive experience in consumer-focused implementations • Proof of experience implementing 5+ high end consumer client HubSpot instances • Proven success auditing, rebuilding or re-architecting an existing, consumer based HubSpot instance (not net-new implementations only) and data models • Ability to translate consumer focused business requirements into scalable HubSpot architecture • Deep experience and advanced proficiency with consumer-focused custom objects, associations, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and properties as well as workflows, automation, and lead/account scoring • Strong background in consumer focused HubSpot reporting, dashboards, attribution, and funnel analytics • Hands-on experience configuring consumer focused integrations (e.g., website/CMS, ad platforms, email tools, billing systems) • Ability to work independently and own an end-to-end rebuild • Excellent communication skills; experience working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams in real time • Proof of previous consumer facing work (in resume, references and/or work examples) Company Overview • Portfolia is an investment funds designed for women, backing innovative companies for returns and impact It was founded in 2013, and is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
