Your Impact
ā¢ Direct Counseling: Provide individual therapy to clients navigating mental health, emotional challenges, and substance use concerns.
ā¢ Goal-Oriented Therapy: Deliver prevention-focused care and develop individualized treatment plans.
ā¢ Collaboration: Partner with community providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive client support.
ā¢ Documentation: Maintain high-quality, timely clinical documentation.
ā¢ Caseload Management: Manage a minimum caseload of at least 10 clients.
Qualifications
ā¢ Ohio License (REQUIRED): Active Ohio mental health license; applicants without this will not be considered.
ā¢ Clinical Experience: Prior experience in mental health counseling or related clinical settings.
ā¢ Rapport Building: Exceptional ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
ā¢ Leadership: Self-directed professional with natural leadership qualities and a heart for service.
ā¢ Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
