Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Utilize your clinical expertise to make sound, independent judgments and act professionally under pressure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve health equity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform your decision-making
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the state of California
• 1 year of recent clinical experience working as an LVN/LPN
Preferred Qualifications:
• Care management, utilization review, or discharge planning experience
• Claims reviewer experience
• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple platforms simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments under pressure
