Your expertise will help us unlock new insights, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include: * Building and deploying models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering * Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support * Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers * Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions * Developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field * At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Advanced experience in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques * Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field * Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision * Experience with IoT, edge AI, or reinforcement learning * Experience working in the healthcare or retail industry * Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques * Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
