Responsibilities


Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings


Organise and manage task details to support timelines and outcomes


Coordinate with team members or partners when needed


Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide consistent service support


Qualifications


Must be 18 years of age or older


Strong English communication and organisational skills


Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented


Comfortable working independently in a remote setting


Previous administrative, coordination, or customer support experience is a plus


Must be based in an approved Latin American country
