Extend friendly and accommodating customer service to help shoppers explore and locate products in our store. Guarantee that all customers go through a fast and amiable checkout process. Unload shipment and carry out merchandise tasks throughout the store, aligning with our Brand Promises and ensuring store maintenance standards.
• Offer solutions to customer problems and address any concerns they may have
• Prioritize a prompt and affable checkout experience; execute cash handling to meet expectations
• Highlight the benefits of being a Private Label Credit Card holder, such as lower interest rates, longer return periods, and exclusive promotional offers
• By analyzing the feedback obtained from the VOC survey, businesses can differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of their customers
• Aid in developing efficient procedures for managing omnichannel processes, including the option to order online and pick up in-store, or to have orders shipped from a nearby retail location
• Participate in the process of unloading delivery trucks, stocking products, and installing planograms as part of the operational procedures
• In charge of managing the merchandise recovery process and store maintenance, which includes handling merchandise returns and ensuring that products are appropriately stored and displayed to meet customer needs
• Identify Stock Issues: Quickly identify and resolve stock issues such as damaged stock, misplaced stock, or loss of inventory
• Deliver support in enhancing safety and mental health programs
• Compliance with all applicable laws and requirements, including adherence to the Company's policies and standards as well as its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs, is essential to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Collaborate and interact with others in an accepting and respectful way; project a positive and optimistic demeanor, even when confronted with tough circumstances; instill dedication to the organization's vision and beliefs; demonstrate an exemplary image and embody the qualities of a team leader
• Equipped with the ability to handle custom framing sales and production requirements

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
• Having the ability to stand for prolonged periods is crucial
• The freedom of movement within the store
• Common work activities such as lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stretching are essential parts of many professions
• Carrying weighty crates and reaching elevated shelves through ladders or equivalent items
• If performing essential work assignments becomes problematic, please immediately inform your supervisor. We can then engage in an interactive process to identify and provide reasonable accommodations.
• Within our frame shop, you'll find a glass cutter and a heat press
