Introduction : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development manager to join our growing team at Doctor Referral Institute. The ideal candidate must have existing relationships in healthcare and will be responsible for signing up physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations for our referral development system that grows the quality and profitability of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have relationships in the healthcare industry and are looking to build a large residual income. We have a turn key proven system for the team member to utilize. Key Responsibilities : Develop and sign contracts with specialists, and other healthcare providers in the medical or dental industry using our proven system. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and medical practices to facilitate communication and provide information about our services. Identify opportunities for new business development Monitor physician feedback and relay relevant insights to leadership to improve service offerings. Qualifications : Proven experience in medical sales, pharma sales, physician liaison, sales, or healthcare business development (2-3 years preferred). Must have existing healthcare relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
