About the Role
What we are looking for:
As an Integrations Engineer at Credo AI, you will lead our clients through the deployment of Responsible AI solutions. This customer-connected engineering role combines technical skills with a commitment to advancing Responsible AI practices. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our customer implementations.
In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to deliver custom built integrations between our enterprise customers' technical ecosystems and the Credo AI platform. To be successful in this role, you will combine a strong customer facing presence with a robust engineering skillset to design, development and deployment of custom integration solutions. Through your work, you will drive the adoption of Responsible AI at scale, ensuring organizations can leverage the power of artificial intelligence while maintaining trust and compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

You have a degree in Computer Science or related field, with a focus on Responsible AI
You are an expert in building and using API integrations
You are proficient in programming languages, MLOps, and LLMops tools
You are willing to travel for client engagements
You're known for your clear communication skills, capable of discussing complex technical issues in an understandable way
You've taken the lead on custom customer solutions development projects, showing your ability to navigate technical challenges and drive a project to completion
Expectations:
Translate client needs into technical solutions that adhere to Responsible AI principles
Work with MLOps and LLMops tools and their APIs (e.g. Databricks, Collibra, Hugging Face) to craft and deploy custom integration solutions
Integrate with both enterprise and custom applications by calling APIs, using SDKs etc.
Facilitate Credo AI solutions' integration, enhancing clients' Responsible AI governance
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the specified location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Location & Remote Culture
While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year.
