About the position
The Client Solutions Center Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Client Solutions Center Specialists and Senior Specialists, ensuring that departmental goals and bank-wide objectives are met. This role involves leading a diverse team, implementing sales tactics, and enhancing the digital client experience while fostering a positive work environment aligned with Centier's values.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage and support a diverse team of Client Solutions Center Specialists/Senior Specialists.

ā¢ Participate in the servant sales process and implement sales tactics to enrich client lives.

ā¢ Meet weekly with the CSC Manager to strategize and review team performance.
,
ā¢ Assist team members with client situations by providing guidance and solutions.
,
ā¢ Conduct performance management activities including reviews, coaching, and action plans.
,
ā¢ Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and report suspicious activities.
,
ā¢ Create a positive work environment through recognition and celebration of successes.
,
ā¢ Stay updated on trends and technologies to enhance the digital client experience.
,
ā¢ Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.
,
ā¢ Coordinate training and development for team members and maintain current job aids.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in a business-related field, or comparable related experience.

ā¢ 5+ years of combined experience in a contact center and banking.
,
ā¢ 3+ years of proven sales experience.
,
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
,
ā¢ Strong analytical and technical skills.
,
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work within and develop a team environment.
,
ā¢ Leadership experience with a successful record of coaching and mentoring associates.
