About The Role
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to support client communication and coordination for weddings, events, and destination planning.
This role focuses on assisting clients throughout the planning process by providing organized, responsive, and professional support. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and contributing to meaningful and well-planned vacations.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Communicate with clients via email and online platforms
ā¢ Assist with scheduling consultations and planning timelines
ā¢ Provide support throughout the event and experience planning process
ā¢ Maintain accurate and organized client records
ā¢ Coordinate details to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to support overall service delivery
