Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Services Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Account Management team. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, preferably in healthcare staffing. The Client Services Coordinator will assist with scheduling, candidate communications, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the account management process. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers, updating confirmation agreements, processing timecards/expenses, and tracking candidate submission checklists. Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timely communication. Scheduling & Coordination: Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately in the HWL platform. Email Management: Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly, aiming to address queries on the same business day. Problem Solving: Handle issues effectively and with a sense of urgency, while maintaining a positive image of the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed of any significant problems or activities. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field. Skills: Strong written communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Technology: Familiarity with various financial and business applications; willing to learn company-specific platforms. Performance Expectations: Accuracy: Ensure that scheduling and confirmations are error-free, promoting customer satisfaction. Timeliness: Respond to emails within 24 hours (goal: same-day response). Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with Account Managers, clients, and agencies, earning their trust. Core Values: Others First: Prioritize team and client needs. Additional Information: Work Schedule: Full-time, remote position with standard business hours. Additional time may be needed to complete job responsibilities.
